We begin with a set of assessments based on PM best practices. We gather perspectives from both your team and key stakeholders in order to provide you with a 360° view. This is followed up by a series of interviews with key stakeholders. Together, the assessments and 1-1 research enable us to develop a heatmap of strengths and opportunities.
