After serving as Chief Product Officer at The RealReal during its high-growth phase leading to a $1.6B IPO, she launched The Product Consult to build a best-in-class team of product managers that embed with clients under contract to drive strategic initiatives, streamline execution, and deliver impactful results. She brings a passion for coaching product leaders, managers, and teams, helping them cut through the noise, execute with clarity, and reach their full potential with confidence.

Danny Beck

Danny has spent the last 15+ years leading AI-driven software and software-powered hardware products, with an early career in investment banking and corporate strategy. He is currently the Founder of Tell Pastell, a personalized interactive media platform for kids. Danny’s passion is taking products 0→1+ and he’s been lucky enough to build, launch and grow several products that have generated tens of millions in revenue across companies like Capital One, VW Group, Rivian, and Monarch Tractor. He is known for combining deep customer empathy, commercial insight, and technical depth to shape product strategies that turn ideas into successful businesses. Danny holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

Jack Corsello

Jack has over eighteen years of experience in software product management, product marketing and business operations. He deeply enjoys forming teams and mentoring them on best practices for launching unique 0->1 and new portfolio solution additions which address identified unmet customer needs while driving P&L performance. Jack’s areas of expertise span the CRM, Data Platform & Analytics, and E-commerce domains. He has served in product leadership roles at early stage firms, and in emerging divisions of mature companies seeking new growth avenues such as Salesforce, Hitachi, Yahoo! and Microsoft. Jack holds an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA from Stanford University.

Katherine is a Silicon Valley product veteran with over two decades experience in developing beloved product offerings. She is passionate about coaching teams to leverage deep customer empathy to identify customer needs and solve them in unique ways that result in commercial success. Katherine has led product management, user experience, and content teams at Intuit, Khan Academy, and Side. Her experience includes new products experiencing hypergrowth and more mature products in need of new life. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Stanford University.

Karen White has 25 years of product leadership experience, helping companies bring winning products to market by focusing deeply on the customer. She has led both consumer and enterprise product teams at Khan Academy, Financial Engines, WePay, GreenRoad, Picaboo, and PayCycle. She is also a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, partnering with leaders across functions to break through hindrances and achieve peak performance.

Dan Lee

Dan has 25+ years of experience in product management, UI design, and product development. His blend of business, design, and technical skills has helped him be successful in product leadership roles at startups and small-medium sized companies, including OpenTable, Medallia, BinWise, and General Magic. His product experience is expansive, ranging from developing desktop software solutions to web-based services and mobile apps. In addition to product management leadership, Dan’s roles have also included time as a management consultant and as a CEO of a startup. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Systems Science and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Computer systems and an MBA from the University of Chicago GSB.

Rupesh Shah

Rupesh currently leads product management for Granular, the software arm of Corteva Agriscience, a leading agricultural company. Rupesh has 20+ years of product experience striving to solve important customer problems by developing deep customer empathy and working closely with design, engineering and data science to design and build innovative software and data products for end users. Previously, Rupesh held leadership roles in product development at Khan Academy, Infusionsoft, LAUNCH, Simpa Energy, and Intuit, in addition he has also led sustainability and solar initiatives at Simpa Energy and Intuit. Rupesh is on the Board of De La Gente, a coffee cooperative and wholesaler based in Guatemala and is advisor to several high potential social enterprises through Rippleworks. Rupesh holds a BA in Sociology from UC San Diego and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Heather Samarin

Rebel Leader for ProductRebels.com, has over 17 years experience in the trenches; delighting customers through the design, development, and management of kick-ass customer experiences within both B2B and B2C marketing and product management.

She’s held the customer flag from both senior and C-Level roles at start-ups within the social gaming and healthcare markets where she led product strategy and new product development.

Before this, Heather spent over 13 years and held several senior leadership positions at Intuit Inc. Most recently, as Vice President for TurboTax Product Management, she launched their “free” business model and alternative monetization strategy through 2 new online tax products. As Director of QuickBooks Brand Management, she launched several new products targeted at the SMB market.

She holds a BS in finance from California State University and an MBA in marketing from Santa Clara University.

Vidya has gotten her battle scars through multiple executive roles at leading companies, including executive positions leading Innovation and Product Management at Mitchell International, Director of Customer Experience for TurboTax, Intuit. She also served as Director of Business Operations and Chief IT Architect for the software provider.

A holder of 9 US patents for software technology, Vidya earned a B.S. in Physics from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, and a Masters from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is also a certified Net Promoter Associate.

Kirsten Thayer

Kirsten Thayer is a Product Management, Product Innovation and Coach who currently serves as BlackLine’s Sr. Director of Product Management. A LUMA Institute certified facilitator for Design Thinking, she has worked in Product Management and UX leadership roles in Financial, Automotive and Entertainment industries for more than 20 years. She has experience in Enterprise SaaS as well as Business to Business and Business to Consumer offerings. She enjoys coaching and teaching best practices to help build great products. In her spare time, she likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons and hiking with her husband Mike and their two very energetic dogs.

That is, he brings folks from business, creative, and technology disciplines closer together to better understand our customers, build durable strategies, and design great products and experiences that people love. Prior to his current work as Vice President of Digital at Marriott International and coaching through Product Rebels, Bill led product organizations for over twenty years at companies such as Target, Choice Hotels, Amazon, and Apriva. He also co-founded and headed product efforts at Leadbot, a financial services lead generation and marketing firm, until its acquisition. Bill earned an MBA, with distinction, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Michelle has led product teams at Intuit TurboTax, Microsoft TakeLessons, Renovate America and startups. She has over 15 years experience in marketing and product management for both B2C and B2B software and technology products. He started two software companies, one acquired by Apple and another was acquired and IPO’d. Currently he leads an EdTech company that has paying customers in over 100 countries.

Luke Fraser

Luke Fraser is a product leader focused on net new product design and development. He operates Paper Ventures, a corporate innovation training and consulting firm he founded in 2018. He helps corporate teams generate and implement transformational ideas – faster and with more success.

Steve Cook

Steve learned and applied product best practices in his 13 years at Intuit (QuickBooks, TurboTax). He went on to build product and UX at Entertainment Partners (EP), the leading workforce and production management solution provider for entertainment with clients such as Netflix, Amazon, and Disney. Steve left after a successful exit to TPG, and since has been serving as a startup founder, advisor and executive.
