Rebels In Action

We wrote a book.

Groundwork: Get Better at Making Better Products

From this book, we developed a product management framework, called the Groundwork Method ™ that provides the blueprint to establish these foundations and addresses the major causes that lead to unhappy customers and poor product performance.

We’ve now coached hundreds of product managers on this framework and have evolved it and the way we coach around it based on their feedback.

That evolution had led to a key learning…Training is NOT durable; Coaching is NOT training…which has resulted in a unique and proven approach to permanently transforming product management teams.

The Conference

The first-ever Product Manager Summit—powered by Product Rebels—launched June 5–6 at the Sharp Prebys Innovation and Education Center, and it was anything but business as usual. This was a day built for PMs who are done with surface-level advice and ready for bold, actionable insight.

We explored how AI is transforming the role of product managers, how to prototype, test, and iterate in a single day, how to prioritize customer needs for maximum impact, and how to lead with clarity and confidence in times of change. We unpacked real-world frameworks, inspiring journeys, and the mindsets that separate good teams from great ones.

If you were in the room, you felt the energy. If you weren’t—this is your cue to be there next time.

Our POdcast

Twice monthly, we talk to battle-hardened product and business leaders about building phenomenal products. Their guests are industry experts, people who have pioneered remarkable careers at companies like Netflix, Evite, and WHOOP.

Making customer-driven product choices is the right move. But it’s not always the popular one. If advocating for your customers has you feeling like a lone wolf, we are here to help you learn from the best, so you can pave your way confidently.
