This workshop is a blended learning experience. Each week your team will view Groundwork videos going deeper on each of the Pillars and Practices in the framework. As a team you’ll apply the learning to your products as homework; discussing the concepts, techniques, and templates. Then once a week we work together to review your progress, provide feedback and coaching and help transform what you learned into durable practices in the organization. We cover all 6 Groundwork Pillars and Practices of the framework and beyond, making sure your team is a well-oiled machine by week 6.
